Multikulturní tým, možnost a nutnost používat cizí jazky každý den, spousta benefitů, skvělá kancelář/budova, týmová atmosféra.
Je to nadnárodní společnost, kanceláře po celém světě, někdy je proto komunikace s kolegy časově delší, nikoli však náročnější. Díky tomu jsem se potkal s různými přístupy, mentalitami, kulturami.
Pleasant work environment
Skvělá kancelář, multikulturní týmy/firma, spousta benefitů, rozmanité teambuilidngy.
Opportunity to learn new things
Každý zaměstnanec má svůj "Development Goal" který spolu se svým nadřízeným monitoruje, pracuje na něm a tím se rozvíjí jeho/její znalosti.
