Cením si toho, že má nové a nové vize za kterými si tvrdě jde. A že i přes to, co vše dokazal nezapomíná na to, že je to člověk jako my všichni.
Zatím není co měnit.

To co se prezentuje na venek se následně neplní , například komunikace s vedením . Komunikaci s vrcholovým managementem firmy , která se v posledních letech vytratila.
