Rodinné vztahy v pracovním týmu, 13. plat, strava zdarma, možnost cestování po řetězci společnosti i s rodinou za dobré ceny, možnost dalšího vzdělávání hrazeného firmou, firemní akce a společné aktivity. Výhodou je individuální příštup vedení ke každému ze zaměstnanců
