Na této firmě si nejvíce cením úžasného kolektivu, který se neustále zdokonaluje, navíc nezkazí žádnou legraci, takže pohodová až rodinná atmosféra je zde na denním pořádku. Vedení firmy bere každého člena jako parťáka, platí zde, že všichni táhneme za jeden provaz. Za dobu svého působení v této firmě stále čerpám nové vědomosti, profesně se posouvám výš a získávám spoustu nových cenných kontaktů. Pracovat v Shean s.r.o. je prostě radost.

Není to korporát. Přistupují ke každému individuálně a jednají s ním férově. Naslouchají jeho potřebám a snaží se mu vyjít vstříc. Mezi benefity patří například sick day, home office a Flexipass nebo Multisport.
Vždy se dá něco vylepšovat a pracovat na sobě. Důležité je se nezastavit a rozvíjet se dál ve svém oboru. Pokud něco potřebujeme, tak se to většinou podaří zrealizovat a dá se domluvit na čemkoliv. Takže žádná zásadní výtka mě nenapadá .

Férový a vstřícný přístup. Naprosto skvělý kolektiv, díky kterému je na pracovišti přátelská a pohodová atmosféra. Spousta benefitů jako: stravenky, sick days, možnost home office, vzdělávání, teambuilding, audioknihy a poradny přísun kávy.
