Jsem spokojená hlavně s tím, že práce dává smysl a je odborně vedená – člověk se učí v praxi a posouvá se v technických i organizačních dovednostech. Oceňuji férové jednání, možnost samostatnosti a odpovědnosti, a také to, že kolegové na stavbách drží při sobě. Plus je rozmanitost zakázek a moderní technika – není to „jen rutina“.
