V případě potřeby řešení osobních věcí mi vždy vyšel podnik vstříc.
Stoprocentně zvýšení mzdy, která je za řízení autobusu malá.

Jejich spokojenost je když jste zticha a furt v práci. Když nemají řidiče tak prosí, když přijde nová várka z pracáku a něco se Vám nelíbí tak vám řeknou tak běžte nikdo Vás tu nedrží.
Arogance - řidiči drží podnik ale chovají se že oni jsou nejdůležitější. Nemáte zastání a spíš Vás potopí než pomůžou.(třeba při dopravní nehodě)
