Dobrý kolektiv se kterým se dobře řeší problémy, ale společně se umíme i zasmát, rozrůstání - nové technologie, zajímavé benefity (osobní ohodnocení, PC, mobil, příspěvek na penzijko, kurzy cizích jazyků, firemní večírky, mimořádný příspěvek pracovnímu nebo osobnímu výročí, dny dovolené navíc (až 29 dní), hodně dobré firemní systémy (informační i systém managementu), stálost zaměstnanců
V minulosti firma pověrně stagnovala v investicích, což je znát, nyní se to změnilo. Občas je práce náročnější na administrativu - automotive.

Stabilní společnost s férový jednáním a kreativním způsobem řešení problémů
Nic mě nenapadá. Snad jen krátká doba zaměstnání kvůli covid

Výplata je zasílána včas.
Procesy ve firmě špatně nastavené. Nedostatek kvalifikovaného personálu i na klíčových pozicích. Firma ve svém okolí nemá dobré jméno - problém se sháněním pracovníků. Strojový park - vstřikolisy jsou opotřebené, údržba zanedbaná.
