zajímavé benefity, výplata vždy v určený den, přístup k informacím , kolektivní smlouva a její naprosté dodržování , možnost kariérního růstu, další vzdělávání, pružná pracovní doba
né úplně dostatečná dopravní obslužnost- pro lepší využití pružné pracovní doby ideálně vlastní doprava, nadnárodní společnost s pevnými pravidly - tudíž menší prostor pro uplatnění vlastních postupů, ikdyž nápadům se dveře nezavírají, jen jejich uvedení v život není jednoduché
