Měli jsme moc milý kolektiv a šéf byl fajn. Jediné co moc neuměl, bylo dát zpětnou vazbu, takže když jsem ukončovali pracovní poměr, tak mi nebyl schopný říct z jakého důvodu. Kolektiv mě tu a tam nebral mezi sebe, ale možná to byl jen můj pocit a pracovala jsem tam krátce. Peníze byli slušné, ale teď dostávám nabídky, kde by mi dali více. Primárně mi o ně ani nejde.
Šéf se mnou ukončil poměr více méně ze dne na den a doteď nerozumím tomu, co ho k tomu vedlo. Opravdu jsem tu práci měla ráda, snažila se jí dělat svědomitě a z jeho strany jsem žádnou závažnou kritiku necítila.
Informal work atmosphere
Kvůli atmosféře na pracovišti jako takové, není žádný dress code, krom slušného oblečení. Při práci normálně vtipkujeme a bavíme se, pauzy na oběd můžou být kdy chceme a nikdo nehlídá, jestli to nebylo náhodou 31 nebo jen 29 minut.
Meaningful work
Opravdu můžete pomáhat lidem, pokud o to usilujete. Dozvíte se mnoho životních příběhů, když budete chtít, někteří lidé si samozřejmě nedají pomoct, ale mnoho z nich opravdu stojí o práci, kterou vy jim můžete zajistit.

Cenila? Necenila. Pokud nelze se zaměstnancem jednat narovinu a s respektem, není důvod si na zaměstnavateli něco cenit. Bylo mi líto zákazníků, svou práci jsem dělala s ohledem na spokojenost zákazníků, když respekt u zaměstnavatele těžko hledat....
Přístup k zaměstnancům, jednání na rovinu. Bez kamarádšoftů a taktiky "já tobě - ty mě". To by zaměstnavateli prospělo nejvíc. Potom by byli zaměstnanci spokojeni. Ale fér přístup se dnes nevede....
