Naučila jsem se dělat práci srdcem. A taky vcítit se do postižených klientů , nebát se s nimi manipulovat i když jsem se to neučila.
Chybělo mi férové jednání. Vedoucí pracovník by měl usuzovat z toho o čem se sám přesvědčí a né z doslechu ostatních zaměstnanců.

Naprosto nesmyslné standardy v sociálních službách.Vznikají situace "postavené na hlavu". Celé vedení je strachy bez sebe,že se tyto standardy nebudou dodržovat a nastanou sankce-hlavně pro ně.Udělají cokoli na úkor podřízených,jen aby si udrželi svoje postavení....Je to celé nechutná komedie,připomínající pohádku-Císařovi nové šaty...

To záleží na okolnostech něco dal,něco vzal,aspon mám dobrý pocit že jsem těm klientúm trochu pomohla
Jo některé pečov. mě připadaly,že tam jsou jen kvuli penězum,totiž se neumí chovat ke klientum
