Lepší školení z obených základů elektroniky a ne podle daných produktů. Méně apelovat na prodej pojištění nebo více proškolit prodejce ohledně této problematiky (podmínky pojištění a případy kdy pojištění nejde uplatnit).

Je tu skvělý kolektiv, teda aspoň u nás v ČB, každý den se člověk učí nové věci. Ale nejvíc fajn je to, že nemám finanční strop, výplata záleží na mě.
Občas nechápu logiku myšlení vedení, a někdy vymýšlejí podle mého názoru samé blbosti, ale to je v každé práci stejné😃
