Skvělý tým lidí, na své kolegy se mohu obrátit, když potřebuji poradit. V rámci adaptace jsem byla velice rychle přijata do kolektivu a všechno mi bylo jasně vysvětleno, potom už jsem pracovala samostatně. Můžu si zorganizovat svoji práci a zároveň komunikuji pravidelně s vedením a navrhuji další postup práce. I když se jedná o náročnější pozici, je to pro mě velký přínos a pokud chce někdo něco dokázat, má tady velký prostor uplatnit své zkušenosti v praxi a růst spolu s firmou dál.
Jsem tady spokojená.

V Ascari (as. Tempo Trainig Consluting) je k pochválení pouze to, že tam byl mladý a chytrý kolektiv, avšak za jakých podmínek byl vybírán už tak radostné není.
- Nesmyslné pokuty v částkách, které uberou i půl výplaty. - Absolutní nekorektnost ze strany HR, který ani neví, jak má pravý HR fungovat. - S očekávání smlouvy HPP se rozlučte.

Společnost Ascari je něco jako studium medicíny. Je velmi těžké se tam dostat a ještě těžší se tam udržet. Je to fofr, výzva, životní škola, vysoké pracovní nasazení, ale skvělá zkušenost a rozhodně to za to stojí.

Mladi lide.
Prace od 8-22h nejlepe. V opacnem pripade hrube chovani. Kdyz clovek odejde drive, tak podle nadrizeneho a kolegu nema dost prace a nepracuje na 200%. Reportivani kazdy den zavere minimalne 2h casu. Tydenni report pul dne:(. Struktura neni dobre udelana.
