Berou opravdu každého a vůbec nevadí, pokud budete chodit do práce jen 3-4 dny v týdnu.... Tolerují opravdu hodně.
Ve firmě to jde od 10 k 0. Ve mzdách jsou šílené rozdíly na stejných pozicích. Osobní ohodnocení žádné. Pokud jste zodpovědný a spolehlivý, obloukem se firmě vyhněte.

Nejlepší je kolektiv spolupracovníků.
Většina nadřízených je křivá jak turecká šavle. Bohužel vrcholný management to nevidí. Mimo mistrů s těmi se dá vyjít.

Naprostý nezájem nadřízených o své podřízené.velká protekce u rodinných příslušníků ( 3/4 zaměstnanců jsou rodina).neváží si lidí,kteří mají snahu poctivě pracovat.

Férový nadřízený, celkem dobrý nástupní plat
Kancelář nekancelář ve výrobní hale, špína, smrad, hluk, chaos. Nové vedení neví, co má dělat.

Na mé pozici jsem měl volné ruce, důležitý byl výsledek. Což mi velice vyhovovalo.
Odbory jsou bezpáteřní, hrají na dvě strany. Možnost pracovat home office.
