Freedom and independence
Člověk zde není svázán nesmyslnými pravidly a má možnost aktivně zlepšovat procesy ve firmě, které mu nevyhovují. Je podporován ve vlastních nápadech a za to se také očekává velká odpovědnost. Aktivita je tedy přímo oceňovaná relativně volnou rukou, samozřejmě v rámci nějakých přirozených mezích.
