Pan majitel tuto firmu vybudoval od základů a byl zvyklý schvalovat vše a vše mít pod kontrolou. Firma vyrostla do velikosti, kdy to už není možné, ale pan majitel si to neuvědomuje. Čekací lhůta na jeho rozhodnutí nebo schválení se posunula do řádu měsíců, čímž demotivuje své do té doby nadšené zaměstnance.
