- Vedení, které rozumí businessu - Společnost je otevřena návrhům a nápadům - Otevřená komunikace na rovinu - Neformální pracovní prostředí, kde jsou všichni vedeni k tomu si pomáhat.
Někdy si toho šéfové naloží až příliš a potom nestíhají vše potřebné. Naštěstí to již řeší posilováním personálních kapacit.
