Možnost Home Office klidně i cely týden.
Nikdo si nevšíma že děláte praci bezchybně ale když udělate chybu tak je z toho veliky problem. Za určité chyby může managemen protože vás neinformuje o změnách, ale stejnak obviní vás že je to vaše chyba.

Nevídaně přátelské, milé a ochotné vedení, které umí naslouchat (všichni na vedoucích pozicích, včetně nejvyššího ředitele), kamarádská atmosféra mezi všemi kolegy, spoustu pracovních benefitů (stravenky, multisport karty, ovoce a zelenina, sick days, 2 dny dovolené nebo double payment za každý odpracovaný svátek...), pohodová práce blízko metra, doporučuji po všech stránkách.
Nic. Průměrné platy zcela převyšuje lidský přístup, který se najde málokde jinde.

Skvělého kolektivu a možnosti pracovat z domova.
Plat - rozhodně by měl být vyšší, pohybujeme se cca 5-10 tisíc pod výší mezd v jiných logistických společnostech (na stejných pozicích)

Velmi lidsky a osobni pristup, snazi se vyhovet potrebam. Nejvice si cenim toho, ze se do prace tesim a bavi me to. Mlady kolektiv, ktery ne pro kazdou srandu.
Vice firemnich akci a urcite vyssi mzda.
