Celkově slušní a nekonfliktní kolegové i nadřízení.Ve výrobě se jedná většinou o kusovou výrobu tak je třeba manuální zručnosti a znalostí řemesla.Zkušení kolegové novému zaměstnanci bezproblémově poradí a je to i v jejich zájmu.Pokud si potrpíte na benefity jako příspěvky na penzijní připojištění tak to v SKD není zavedeno ale zaměstnancům to nevadí.
Kapacita sprchových koutů pro muže je malá ale kdo příliš nespěchá si chvilku počká až se některý sprchový kout uvolní.
