Přístup nadřízeného. Žádná kompenzace za přesčasy a práci navíc.

Benefity jsou zajímavé, ale místo dobrého platu to není dobré. Málo lidí na záskok při nemoci-dovolené, přemrštěné plány na počet zaměstnanců i kapacit, vysoké nároky na zaměstnance a neřešení všeho problematického.

Téměř rodinné prostředí České firmy, majitelé v kontaktu s lidmi, benefity, možnost domluvit se téměř na čemkoliv, férový přístup. výplata vždy a na čas ;-)
