Oceňuji: Vstřícné a ochotné jednání (tzv. "na rovinu"), ochotu k diskusi v případě potřeby na úrovni nadřízený/podřízený, pracovní prostředí, které rozhodně není stresové.

Prostor pro zlepšení: - příchod nových zaměstnanců (předání základních informací, aby se zaměstnanec mohl lépe orientovat ve společnosti (organizační struktura, nastavené směrnice atd.). - zaměstnanecké benefity - chybí transparentnost

solidni a stabilni zamestnavatel. vyplata s pravidelnou presnosti, pecuje o sve zamestnance ,prijemne pracovni prostředí, prima kolektiv, benefity.

vstřícnosti, dobrého kolektivu v kanceláři, dobrého nadřízeného, stability a prosperity společnosti - dává mi jistotu,

přestože se firma rychle rozvíjí, stávající zaměstnanci nedostávají dostatek příležitostí ke kariérnímu růstu, koncepce rozvoje zaměstnanců, občas vázne spolupráce mezi jednotlivými odděleními a koncepty

U Lagardere Travel Retail dostane každý prostor pro vlastní seberealizaci a vždy se dokáže najít řešení vyhovující všem stranám.

komunikaci mezi kolegy, ale to asi neovlivní zaměstnavatel jako takový, to musí začít lidé sami u sebe
