Vyborne pracujici personalni oddeleni.

Nepridavat technicke vylepsovaky napr. v podobe extra-novych kas. Spise to zpomali. Nehybat se zamestnanci z jedne pobocky na jinou (byt to smlouva umoznuje).

Je neustále co zlepšovat ,pokud by se nereagovalo firma by začala upadat a o to nikdo nemá zájem.

Velmi si vážím toho, že tu není žádná rivalita, nevraživost a nepřátelské prostředí. Lze v podstatě v klidu se všemi mluvit i s nadřízenými. Platové ohodnocení se postupně zvyšuje, s čímž zaměstnavatel přichází sám.

Řešit věci komplexněji tzn. nemít 4 různé společnosti pro správu online věcí, ale jednu případně 2, které zaštítí vše. Čím více subjektů, tím je práce na tom složitější, komplikovanější atd...
