Nejsem spokojen s ničím hledám si nové zaměstnání . Takové vedení firmy a chování nadřízených jsem ještě nezažil. Hodně velkých nepravd, manipulace každý obhajuje jen svou pozici i za cenu nepravd které jsou na denním pořádku .Je mi jasné že když se někdo ozve začne být nepohodlný. Absolutně žádná komunikace mezi úseky která je tak důležitá aby se všem i přes vyšší nároky lepe pracovalo a když se něco pokazí a to je v této firmě téměř denně jen se hledají viníci tam kde nejsou protože vedení si na hlavu popel přece nenasype. a péče o zaměstance která je v zapadních firmách normální je zde nulová. Zaměstnanec je jen vyměnitelné číslo.

Nefér jednání, samá faleš jak ze strany nadřízených tak i kolegů. Malá firma, takže málo lidí, tvořily se skupinky, které si neustále dělaly naschvály. Někdo může všechno a někdo vůbec nic. Podle toho, jak žalujete.
