Nejvíce jsem byl spokojený s přátelským a spolupracujícím kolektivem na mé směně.
Nebyl jsem spokojený s přístupem vrchního vedení. Působí dojmem, že žijí v jiném světě. Zaměstnanec je důležitý jen naoko, ve skutečnosti se všechno musí dělat narychlo, a i když s vámi souhlasí, roky se nic nemění. Od zaměstnance se očekává loajalita, ale opačně to neplatí."
