- pracovní prostředí (prostorné kanceláře v centru města) - 5 sick days ročně - hodinová pauza na oběd započítaná do pracovní doby - krátké pátky do 13.00 - možnost účastnit se vzdělávacích seminářů, konferencí apod.
- až přehnané nároky na zaměstnance - větší důraz na kvantitu než kvalitu odvedené práce - zrušení většiny firemních benefitů - zdlouhavé a mnohdy zbytečné firemní procesy a reporty
