Zavádění moderních technologií do výroby a vývoje produktů
Je třeba zlepšit jednání zaměstnavatele vůči zaměstnancům jak z hlediska osobního jednání, tak z hlediska vytváření dobré pracovní atmosféry ve firmě- jsou protěžováni kamarádi zaměstnavatele i když mají často mizivé pracovní výsledky.
