- neochota spolupráce některých švýcarských kolegů s českou pobočkou, nesdílení již existujícího know-how a best-practices pro zdárné a rychlé vyřešení úkolů (v lepším případě skrz neúmyslnou nedbalost, v horším možná i kvůli osobnímu nesouhlasu s transferem vývojových prací do ČR)
