Za dobrou práci slušná odměna. Na pracovišti mi vyšli vstříct pokud jsem potřeboval. Firma zajišťovala stravování v místě a třetí směna obdržela stravenky. Dbala na bezpečnost na pracovišti a dodržování kvalitních podmínek při práci.
Zkvalitnit přístup k jednotlivým zaměstnancům. Není úplně správné posuzovat zaměstnance podle toho jak dlouho u firmy pracují. Pokud jednou odejdete nedostanete druhou příležitost.

Příjemné pracovní prostředí, stabilní a kvalitní vedení firmy , za dobrou práci je člověk oceněn.
