Toho by bylo opravdu velice málo, škoda mluvit. Prostě nestojí pozitiva za řeč, bohužel....
Velice neseriozní jednání z mnoha důvodů. Oba spolumajitelé nemají špetku slušného chování vůči svojím zaměstnancům a nejlépe, aby je i ostatní následovali. Bohužel tohle byl případ, který se dá těžko popsat slovy. Za výborné výsledky jste byl stále ten nejhorší.

Agentura zajišťuje zaměstnancům celkem slušné ubytování, v případě potřeby vyplatí hotovostní zálohu. To je z pozitiv asi vše, peněz si moc nevyděláte.
Agentura by měla řádně lidem platit za práci, koordinátoři by měli jednat férově.

Flexible working hours
ve většině firem se nabízí tří- směnný provoz, máme i možnost dvousměnného provozu ale ten není tak častý, flexibilní pracovní doba ve většině fabrik moc není

Upřímné a otevřené jednání. Žádné pózy, přetvářky. Pokud jste člověk, který pracovat chce a firmě to ukážete, věříte tomu co děláte a vůbec samotné firmě, pak Vám to firma vrátí kromě jiného i tak, že vás v pravou chvíli posílá zpět domů, abyste trávil čas rodinou...
Stejně jako každá jiná firma, má i tato co dohánět. Bohužel i jednoduché změny někdy trvají zbytečně dlouho.
