Pár lidí bylo fajn.
Celkový přístup vedení firmy, nulová komunikace managementu směrem k zaměstnancům, špatné řízení cash flow, neřešení finančních problémů, neplnění slibů o termínech splatnosti, hrubá komunikace se zákazníky

Pár skvělích kolegů, kanceláře v Karlíně.
Špatné cashflow, sdělování klamavých informací zaměstnancům, neinformování o stavu firmy, tajnůstkářství, špatný mamagment.

Zájem firmy o rozvoj zaměstnanců. Férový a nadstandardní přístup k lidem. Firemní hodnoty. Super atmosféra mezi kolegy. Doporučuji pro lidi, kteří se chtějí rozvíjet a růst spolu s firmou a zaroveň chtějí mít rádi svojí práci, jelikož v ní tráví hodně času.
Pleasant work environment
Protože táto firma se stárá o své zaměstnance. Je pro firmu důležité, aby lidí se citili dobře v práci, kde stráví poměrně velkou část svýho života. Májí hezké kanceláře, ve kterých je všechno potřebné pro pracovní den.
Unconventional perks
Nejde tu o stravenky a nějaké jiné stadardní benefity, ale o reální benefity, co přínesou něco navíc do života. Např., výborné teambuildingy, zaměření na rozvoj zaměstnanců, pomoc s naplněním karierních plánu zaměstnanců, atd.
