Dává šanci i začátečníkům, možnost získat zajímavé zkušenosti. Přátelský tým.
Zaměstnanecké benefity a work-life balance. Často se zde spoléhá na ochotu a spolehlivost jednotlivých manažerů, kteří pracují i mimo pracovní dobu, nad rámec svých povinností, s nízkou motivací. Malá zastupitelnost.
