Reprezentativní sídlo společnosti
Přístup k zaměstnancům , prověřovat si své zaměstnance aby nedocházelo k tomu že pro nedostatek zaměstnanců se nabírá vše včetně nebezpečných osob i několikrát trestně odsouzených. Zaměřit se na zvýšení mezd a profesionalitu,kvalifikaci zaměstnanců. Zavést benefity.Dodržet termíny splatnosti mzdy. Dodržet nasmlouvanou výši mezd.

Pristup k hodnoceni a motivaci zamestancu je treba zcela prehodnotit, pokud si firma ma udrzet kvalitni zamestnance. Prace za minimalni mzdu, kdy je po cloveku vyzadovana kombinace schopnosti lobby strazce a clena zasahove jednotky - bohuzel ne vsechny probehle zmeny budou nutne vest k dlouhodobe uspesnosti firmy jako celku.

Dobrý team lidí. Majitelé jsou féroví. Ocení dobře odvedenou práci, když jsou vidět výsledky je možnost i určité volnosti v rozhodování...

Možnost neustálého vzdělávání - formou školení. Různorodá práce. Individuální přístup k zaměstnancům - nejsme jen čísla jako v korporátu. Možnost občasné práce z domova, pokud potřebuji.
