Oceňuji především upřímnost a férovost nadřízeného. Po výměně managementu firma spěje k lepším zítřkům.
Dříve to byl management. V tuto chvíli u firmy starý management už nepracuje, tedy není nic, na co bych si mohl stěžovat. Není to ale nic pro ořezávátka, některé úkoly by měli plnit pouze osoby vysoce odolné vůči stresu.

Naprostá pohoda věcné řešení problémů Výborná spolupráce s kolegy. Vinikající vedení kolektivu provozním ředitelem. Věcné dárky k vánocům pro všechny zaměstnance.

Oceňuji maximálně dobře napsané směny.
Vyměnil bych vedoucí oddělení, změnil bych celý přístup zaměstnavatele.
