Férový zaměstnavatel, který dodržuje u pohovoru nastavené podmínky spolupráce. Navíc nabízí běžné "must have" benefity jako jsou příspěvky na stavování, jazykové kurzy nebo home office. Pokud si jako zaměstnanec plníte pracovní povinnosti, nemáte problém :).
Vždy je co zlepšovat. Firma má i s ohledem na svoji velikost a nadnárodní dosah "rodinné vedení" a diskuze ohledně nových nápadů či třecích ploch je vždy možná.
