Obecná atmosféra, bez dohadů dostanete zaplacenou každou minutu své práce
Vybavení kanceláří je sice funkční a dostačující, ale kvůli šetřivému přístupu budí dojem chudé firmy. V kancelářích už skoro 2 roky není dobudována klimatizace.

Otevřený přístup, velmi silná motivace a loajalita celého týmu. Velmi přátelské prostředí.
Dodržování interních procesů, ale na tom se průběžně pracuje :-)

Možnost trvalé home office Skvělá komunikace Přátelské prostředí Na jednotlivé zaměstnance se dívají jako na lidi ne jako na stroje Schopnost ocenit zaměstnance Neustálá snaha jít kupředu Oddanost firmě
Více společných akcí :-) Pravidelnější společné prezentace o firmě (pátky s pizzou byly super) Větší informovanost o tom, co se děje, i pro ty, kteří pracují vzdáleně :-) Nějaká posezení o tom, kam společnost dál směřuje, co se bude dál vyvíjet

Práce a produkt mají smysl, šéfovi se dá věřit.
Více teambuildingu a menší stálé podpory zaměstnanců formou společných školení apod. s obědem Možnost dalších odborných kurzů a vzdělávání vně firmy
