Oceňuji osobní přístup vedeni, také to, že šéf poslouchá názory svých podřízených a opravdu o nich přemýšlí než je zamítne či schválí, pokud je pravda na straně zaměstnance, nebojí se to říct nahlas. Dále oceňuji to, že šéf ms ve slovníku slova jako "děkuji" a "dobra prace". Na pracovišti jsou vesměs dobré vztahy mezi kolegy, jsou usměvaví a rádi pomohou, všeobecně tu platí pravidla slušného chování.
Jednomužné vedení firmy, i když velice dobré, často způsobuje velké časové prodlevy v řešení důležitých věcí...na jednoho je toho prostě moc.

Rodinná atmosféra Skvělí kolegové. Zaměstnavatel je ochotný s čímkoli pomoci a snaží se, aby se zaměstnanec cítil ve firmě co nejlépe a umí ohodnotit dobře odvedenou práci a motivuje.
