Výborné dodání podkladů pro novou práci při výstupu ze zaměstnání.
Způsob oceňování od nadřízeného. Nebyl totiž žádný.

Možnost dalšího profesního růstu (možnost vystřídat více pozic v rámci organizace), svoboda a vzájemná důvěra.
Systém využívání dobrovolníků, mzdové podmínky, lepší metodické vedení zaměstnanců, více horizontálního působení směrem k příbuzným organizacím (více síťování); současné spíše uzavřená elitářská image.

Cením si síly a odhodlání udělat z "pouhé" rodičovské iniciativy prosperující firmu.
Bylo by třeba více myslet na lidi - zaměstnance. Bez lidí nebude prosperující firma prosperovat.
