Naučil jsem se plavat v chaosu
Nastala nyní kompletní výměna vedení. Kompetentní lidé a mistři co opravdu něco věděli odchází, přijali se noví lidé co viděli výrobu z rychlíku.A proto to tak nyní vypadá.Nic se nestíhá, lidi jsou naštvaní a klíčoví lidé- dělníci lídři uvažují o odchodu. Kanceláře-papíráři bobtnají a lidí ve výrobě není. K tomu není co dodat..... Good bye Lucco.... přeji vše nejlepší...

Kdysi za starého ředitele fungovala platební moálka firmy, dnes už tomu bohužel tak není
Prašnost, nedostatek pracovního nářadí, hlučnost, zima v šatnách, respekt ze strany nadřízených, komunikace s vedením
No overtime
Nový ředitel výhradně zakázal pracovat přesčas.

Vzdy mi vysel vstric, podilel se na mem osobnim rozvoji a co se tyce mzdy, vzdy prisla bez prodleni.
Mozna lepsi organizace prace a vetsi snaha ocenivat lidi kteri opravdu neco umi by nebyla od veci. A taky zavodni stravovani bych uvital.
