Kdo nezačal s kouřením tak začne.
V tomhle podniku je vše špatně. Vedení podniku hrůza děs. Platove podminky tragické a to se jedna o zahranični firmu. Benefity o proti Letišti Praha rozdilne o 17 000 Kč. Jako zaměstnanec Dubajske firmy se mate hůř než pokladni v Lidlu.

Jednoduchá manualní práce bez zodpovědnosti. Práci ochotní kolegové vysvětlí a zaučí. Práce na určitých pozicích je fyzicky náročná.

+ Velmi kladně hodnotím přístup nejvyššího vedení, které se vždy snažilo naslouchat všem zaměstnancům bez rozdílu + Odměny za výpomoc v letních měsících v provozu (výrobě), kam i zástupci nejvyššího vedení chodili pomáhat + Neustále se rozšiřující nabídka benefitů
- V přístupu přímého nadřízeného je pár věcí, na kterých by bylo dobré zapracovat / zlepšit je - Nižší plat - Mohla by zde fungovat lepší komunikace napříč týmem - I přes uvedení klouzavé pracovní doby ve smlouvě, na tomto oddělení nebyla ze strany nadřízeného umožněna

zájem o pracovníky - bez rozdílu, neustálá snaha zlepšovat pracovní podmínky a benefity. Možnost otevřené komunikace. Přátelský kolektiv a fajn atmosféra.
