Oceňuji, že je Ramirent spolehlivý zaměstnavatel, který plní své závazky. Obzvlášť příjemný je Balíček Ramirent benefitů, kterým mi poskytují možnost pro balanc mého osobního a pracovního života :) ! Všichni se navzájem známe, baví mě naše přátelská atmosféra, kdy se dokážeme společně smát i vzájemně podpořit.
Prostor pro zlepšení vidím v komunikaci, a to v rozvoji umění správného porozumění a předávání informací mezi námi kolegy.
