Korporátní styl řízení. Centralizace rozhodování mimo lokální trh.
No overtime
Za pripadne prescasy se vybira nahrada. Odpracovane hodiny jsou trackovany, a tak maji vsichni prehled. Pracovni doba je velmi flexibilni + 20% homeoffice.
