Multi-Wing je můj celkově 4. zaměstnavatel, takže mohu trochu srovnávat. V Multi-Wing se cítím jako v rodině. Důvěra je zde na prvním místě a není to jen prázdné slovo, ale je tomu opravdu tak - já to tak cítím. Velmi otevřená komunikace na pracovišti je také samozřejmostí.

Nejvíce si na Multi-Wingu vážím spravedlivého a lidského přístupu ke všem zaměstnancům. Firma umožňuje perfektně skloubit pracovní a rodinný život. Homeoffice, pružná pracovní doba, na všem se dá dohodnout.

Oceňuji zde přátelskou atmosféru mezi lidmi bez ohledu na jejich postavení ve firmě. Vedení firmy se snaží svým lidem vyjít maximálně vstříc a nabízet jim nejen benefity, ale i oporu, a to jak v pracovní, tak osobní sféře.
