Přátelská atmosféra a férovost jednání kolegů i vedení. Otevřenost. Mají nejlepší benefity, jaké jsem u firem zažila - hlavně možnost klouzavé pracovní doby a home office - i když tu člověk ani nevyužije, protože je radost chodit do kanceláře:-)

Ať už v kuchyňce potkám kohokoli, nemusím mít obavu kdo z kolegů či nadřízených to bude. Stejně tak to funguje, když potřebuji v rámci spolupráce nebo žádosti o pomoc u kolegů :-)
Rosteme a to s sebou přináší změny, ne všechny máme ještě dotažené.

Oceňuji, že se dá skloubit osobní život s pracovním a studiem, velké plus je možnost home office a samozřejmě skvělý kolektiv.

Nejvíce si vážím výborné spolupráce s kolegy i vedením. Novému zaměstnanci se dostává dostatečné podpory, která vede k rychlému zapracování a „otevřený přístup“ zde rozhodně není prázdným pojmem. V Enovation se opět ráno těším do práce, což je k nezaplacení.

Nejvíc oceňuji důvěru - nikdo mi nestojí za zády, mohu si práci rozvrhnout dle sebe a pracovat odkudkoli potřebuji.
Občas je v kanceláři hlučno, ale nic významného

- lidský a rozumný přístup ze strany vedení - neformální atmosféra napříč společností - flexibilita práce (pružná pracovní doba, homeoffice) - know-how kolegů - společnost je leaderem na trhu a schopnosti členů týmu tomu odpovídají
