Možnost přesčasů
Malý plat za hodně práce, nemožnost brát dovolenou, protože nebyl nikdo kdo by mě zastoupil, rušení dovolené den před nástupem na dovolenou, žádné investice do strojů a do lidí, na monterky a boty jsem čekal 6 měsíců!
