První roky s přátelskou atmosférou, kolegové, s kterými jsem se vždy na všem potřebném domluvila a to nejen v rámci oddělení, ale napříč celou firmou, vč. výroby, líbila se mi má práce. S postupnou výměnou managementu a i s přímým nadřízeným, zůstala jen ta práce, která mě do posledních dnů bavila.
Atmosféra ve firmě se podstatně změnila, přístup k lidem jako k člověku se vytrácí, dochází i k nepřátelství mezi odděleními. Zvyšující se tlak na zaměstnance vyvolává stresy a napětí, a to se odráží i v chování... špatně se v takovém prostředí pracuje.
