Výplata chodí včas.
Pouze 2 dny dovolené nad rámec, stravování nestojí za nic, kantýna prakticky není, 13.plat 50% a jen když Vám jej přiznají, management neumí jednat s lidmi, raději zaměstnávají vězně než kmenové zaměstnance, žádné plánování výroby s ohledem na dovolené, když není práce, musí si zaměstnanci vybírat dovolenou, stravenky jen 80,- Kč, žádné příspěvky na důchod, odstupné pouze základní dle zákona, neváží si zaměstnanců, jen těch "svých" kamarádů, vysoká fluktuace atd.

moc toho neni . na kazdem pracocvisti je to jine . jine mistri jine predaci a take jiny kolektiv .
nucene prescasi v tydnu a o vykendech .za tuhle praci si nikdy nic nevidelate i kdyz na ty prescasi budete chodit .kdybych mela na vyber tak hned odtud odejdu jen prijimaji lide a chvilku pred ukonceni zkusebky vam daji vypoved . jen aby neplatili poplatky .sleduji vas na kazdem kroku opozdite se o par sekund z prestavky hned vam strhavaji penize a kdyby mohli tak daji i kamery na wc. nedoporucuji

Stabilita na trhu. Dobrý kolektiv pracovníků. Kladný přístup firmy při výběru dovolené, marodění atd. 13. plat. Karierní růst.
Akorát pracovní prostředí. Jinak mne nic nenapadá. Firma je bohužel ve staré budově, která koncepcí neodpovídá našemu zaměření.
