Protoze se po sichte vsichni sebrali a sli domu. Tam to tak bylo normalni. Veskera prace rozvrzena na 8 hodin na nasem pracovisti "čela". Jen ja jsem jednou tydne zustal jako pomocnik pri svareni čel na ESABu,aby bylo vse pripraveno na dalsi zpracovani a nenarusoval se naplanovany chod pracoviste. A na ostatnich byla kazda smena pro kazdeho naplanovana na 8 hodin,aby se mohly vystridat smeny se vsemi zamestnanci. Protoze to je ciste a prijemne prostredi,nevidel jsem za cele 4 roky moc lidi na nemocenske,kteri by potrebovali zastoupit.
