stabilita, zlí a neschopní manažeři časem zmizí, někdy to ale trvá roky než si vyšší management všimne, to je ale asi obecně platné i v jiných firmách
stále přetrvává závislost na mother company, kterou ani za ty roky už nepotřebujeme a jsme schopni sami přinášet inovace

Bezproblémová administrativa
Více naslouchat odborníkům a nepropouštět zaměstnance bez varování při prvním nesouladu. Kolektiv je třeba budovat a ne obměňovat.

Pravidelný příjem, dovolená.
Kdybych měla tu moc rozhodně bych nemanipulovala s lidma. Špatná práce by měla být ohodnocena tak, aby jí lidé chtěli vykonávat sami a ne aby k tomu byli nuceni. Jenom ukážete dobrou vůli a pomůžete na špatném místě není cesty zpět a pomůže Vám jen výpověď.
