Čekání na přidělení práce. Přidélování jiných operací, než na kterou jste byl přijat. Problémy se zapisováním odvedené práce do PC.

Po příchodu zástupce ředitele vše směřuje špatným směrem. Nezná, neposlouchá zaměstnance pokud poukazují na problém a nic neřeší. Velmi špatné vedení.

Zajímavé benefity
Organizace a procesy založené jen na komunikaci bez nástrojů. Komunikace ústní má přednost před psanou. Jednání se zaměstnanci, kteří jsou používáni jako stroje.

Zajimave benefity, prispevek na dopravu, 5 tydnu dovolene, zavadeni novych systemu.
Umoznit pruznou pracovni dobu, zkracene pracovni uvazky, vetsi komunikace mezi nadrizenym a zamestnanci, konkretnejsi a vcasna informovanost podrizenych. Vetsi odpovednost zamestnancu za svoji praci smerem k predavani informaci ostatnim kolegum, kde je na techto informacich zavisla prace zamestnance, ktery pak s obtizemi plni zadanou praci, nebo je ukol dosti ztizen, ne-li znemoznen.
