Oceňuji možnost zapůjčení firemního auta za provozní náklady. Líbí se mi spoustu benefitů , které firma nabizi. Nejlepší je asi příspěvek na dopravu.

Firemní vůz pro soukromé účely za nízkou sazbu. Příspěvek na dopravu. Firemní telefon a notebook. Možnost využít zvýhodněných služeb a nákupů u zaměstnavatele i dodavatelů. Dotovaná strava ve vlastním bistru. Možnost zapůjčení karavanu.
Uvítal bych příspěvek na: penzijní pojištění, stravu mimo zaměstnání (práce mimo areál zaměstnavatele), podporu imunity v zimních měsících. Více dbát na kvalitu prostředků, se kterými má zaměstnanec pracovat.
