Líbí se mi, že se ve firmě dá vždy domluvit pokud potřebuji něco zařídit i v pracovní době. Pokud je to jen trochu možné pomohou, poradí i když se to netýká pracovních povinností. Pro mě největším bonusem je kolektiv a přátelé, které jsem zde našel a neměnil bych.
vůbec nic mě nenapadá. Veškeré klady dalece převyšují zápory o kterých vlastně ani nevím :)

Poll je malá společnost, která nezabředla do korporátního stylu konzumace lidí a využívání lidských zdrojů. S limi se zde zachází individuálně, s respektem pro jejich odlišnosti a individuální potřeby. Jelikož se jedná o vývojovou společnost, není zde nouze o velké rozdíly mezi zaměstnanci, ať už co se povahy či pracovních návyků týče (jsou zde vedle sebe korporátní matadoři i čerstvě vystudovaní). I přes tuto rozmanitost společnost celkem slušně funguje jako celek, občasná zaškobrtnutí na individuální bázi se rychle srovnávají.Ze svého pohledu musím vyzdvihnout, že práce zde rozhodně není stereotipní a nudná.
Společnost má sice jasně definovanou strukturu vedení, bohužel ale ne zcela funkční a dodržovaná. Citelně chybí společná vize a cíl, která by dokázala sjednotit rozdílná oddělení. Od začátků společnosti v nekolika lidech si stále nese odér garážové firmy, kde se každý stará o vše.
